The Mature Program encompasses three streams of opportunity:

We invite you to connect with yourself, your physicality and your community with our Mature Classes. Designed for anyone who has an interest in moving their bodies, joyously. No previous dance experience is necessary.
Now in its sixth year, this immersive project invites movers aged 50+, with no prior experience necessary, into a deeply embodied creative process where lived experience, cultural resonance and physical intelligence converge. Over a 12-week process we will build a new dance work together that will be performed in a professional setting at ADC’s Studio 1.
This is a rare opportunity to collaborate with one of Australia’s most respected dance artists, celebrating creativity, connection and expressive power. Deb, Jaime Redfern (Mature Ensemble Director) and the ADC team would love to welcome you to the Mature Ensemble of 2026.
