Ngọc is a versatile artist, known for her work as an actor, director, and playwright. Her theatrical credits include acclaimed productions such as Vietgone, Boy Swallows Universe, and Good Grief at Queensland Theatre, as well as Laurinda at Melbourne Theatre Company and Away and A Streetcar named Desire at La Boite Theatre.

She has also had the privilege of working on major productions with prestigious companies such as Playlab, Now Look Here, The Good Room and award-winning companies Elbow Room and The Farm.

On Screen, Ngọc has worked on a diverse array of productions of projects, from TV series like Black Snow 2 and Schapelle to films including Australia Day and Pawno.

Her versatility extends to directing, having co-directed Vietgone at Queensland Theatre and helmed productions for Brisbane Girls Grammar and Queensland Theatre’s Young Artists Ensemble.
As a playwright, Ngọc's work has been recognized and supported by institutions like Playwriting Australia (PWA) and Contemporary Asian Australian Performance (CAAP). She has also served as an Artist-in-residence at La Boite Theatre Company, refining her craft and contributing to productions such as The Village.

In addition to her creative endeavours, Ngọc is also a teaching artist for programs like NIDA Open, La Boite, and Queensland Theatre’s Youth Ensemble. Her journey in the arts began with training at the prestigious Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), culminating in accolades such as the Matilda Award for Best Supporting Performance/Actor in Vietgone. With a dedication to her craft and the arts community, Ngọc is passionate about storytelling in all its forms.
